Bhushan Power & Steel Ltd

We are located at Lanjigarh in the Kalahandi district of Orissa. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here to this part of the country. Our Bhushan Power & Steel Ltd office is right in the middle of the industrial activity. The air always has that metallic smell and there’s a bit of dust everywhere from the plants and the red soil of the region. It’s a tough environment, and we work long hours to keep up with the demands of the steel production. The office is just a temporary-looking structure for the most part, filled with technical manuals, safety gear, and logs. It’s not the kind of place where you’d see a lot of visitors, mostly just workers and engineers in their boots and helmets. We have a small canteen area where we eat our meals and complain about the heat. Life in Pin-766027 is centered around the industry. There isn't much else to do, so we focus on the job. The equipment is loud and the work is physical. We don't have time for polished presentations or nice carpets. Everything here is built for utility. We make sure the steel is processed and the power is managed correctly. It’s a gritty, honest living, and we’re proud of the sweat we put in. The landscape is rugged, and so are the people who work here. We usually start our day very early before the sun gets too high.
