You can find Vaishnavi Food Product over at Plot No 113 in Pragati Colony. We are situated right near the garden, which is a nice view to have when you step outside for a break during the day. This area, Badepur, is on Sedam Road, so it is easy for people to find us if they are heading out of the city. The colony is usually pretty peaceful, except for the birds in the garden and the occasional car passing by. Our workshop is a simple one-story building. We do not have any fancy decorations or a lobby. When you walk in, you see the sacks of raw materials and the big tables where we do all the sorting. It is a small team here, mostly family and a few people from the neighborhood. We spend our mornings getting the batches ready and our afternoons are for the packaging. Sometimes the garden gets busy with kids playing after school, and their voices carry over the wall while we work. It is a good place to be because it doesn't feel like a cold, gray factory. We have big windows that let in a lot of natural light, which helps keep the mood up. We don't do much advertising; most people just hear about us from someone else in the colony. We focus on getting the orders out on time and keeping the place tidy. It is hard work, but being near the greenery helps.
