We are Unitech Industries, found at number 4 in the Pujari Building. We’re located in the New Cotton Market area on Neelgin Road. It’s a very traditional market area, so it’s always crowded and full of activity. You’ll see plenty of carts and trucks moving goods around all day long. Our office and workspace are tucked inside the building. It’s not a modern glass tower, just a plain, solid building that’s seen a lot of years. We do our industrial business from here, handling whatever orders come through the door. Because we are in the New Cotton Market, things can get pretty hectic, especially in the mornings. We’ve learned to work around the chaos. Our team is small and we’ve mostly been working together for a long time. We don't have any polished mission statements or fancy marketing slogans. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep our clients satisfied. Neelgin Road is a well-known part of town, so finding the Pujari Building isn't too hard for most locals. We’ve got our routine down and we don’t feel the need to change much. It’s a practical way to run a business in a busy market. We’re just normal people trying to do a good job in a busy part of the city. We keep the doors open and get on with the day’s tasks as they come.
