Sri Basava Hospital

Sri Basava Hospital is located in the Patil Complex along the Bidar Bangalore Road in Shahapur. We are pretty easy to find since we are near the Post Office. Gulbarga can get quite hot, so we try to keep the place as comfortable as we can for everyone who comes in. It’s a busy spot with all the traffic coming off the main road. We see people from all over the area, not just from Shahapur. Some people come from quite far away because they know we are here. The hospital isn't a massive skyscraper or anything, just a solid building where we do our work every day. We’ve got different rooms for different needs. The staff here mostly live nearby, so we know a lot of the families who walk through the doors. It gets noisy outside with the buses and trucks, but inside we just focus on the patients. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a good while. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit crowded on Monday mornings. We don't have a big corporate team running things. It’s just us, the doctors, and the nurses trying to keep things moving. We deal with all sorts of regular health issues. If you’re looking for the Post Office, you’ll likely see our sign right there in the complex. It’s a practical place for local people to get looked at. We are open for most hours to help the community out.
