Planning Engineer

We are over in the Mig 2 area of the Phase II Adarsh Nagar neighborhood in Gulbarga. If you are in the 585105 part of Karnataka, you have probably passed by here. It is a residential area mostly, but I run my engineering planning business right out of here. It is a quiet part of town, which I like. I spend most of my time working on schedules and resource planning for various construction sites. The office is just a simple room with my equipment and a few chairs for when people come to talk about their projects. Gulbarga can get quite hot, so I usually work early in the morning before it gets too intense. I have been doing this for a few years now. I do not have a big corporate team. It is mostly just me handling the technical side. I use simple software and keep my records in physical folders too, just in case. People in Adarsh Nagar know me as the guy who sits with the big papers and plans. I do not really do anything promotional. I just take the jobs as they come and try to be as accurate as possible with the numbers. Planning is about being careful and not rushing things. That is how I operate. It is a basic setup but it works for what I need to do. Just an engineer doing his job in Gulbarga.
