Pendse & Associates is based at Mohmmedi Chowk, right behind Parvez Garden. We are in Gulbarga, Karnataka. It’s a well-known spot in the area. If you can find Parvez Garden, you can pretty much find us. Mohmmedi Chowk is usually quite lively, so there’s always something to look at out the window. The office itself is a straightforward place. We have our tables, our chairs, and our cupboards full of documents. We’ve been in Gulbarga for quite some time now, and we like the pace of things here. Pendse & Associates isn't a place with a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on getting through the daily tasks. The garden nearby is a nice landmark, and sometimes we take a walk there when things get too busy and we need some air. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot. Karnataka weather can be tough, but the office stays cool enough. We aren't a big corporation with fancy titles or high-rise views. We’re just a team of people who know their way around the work. We handle our business at Mohmmedi Chowk and try to keep things simple. There’s no need for anything complicated when a good desk and a clear head will do. That’s how we’ve always done it here behind Parvez Garden. It’s just our way of working in Gulbarga day after day.
