You can find Mohammed Moula & Company over at 118 Humnabad Road in the Nehru Gunj area. We have been operating out of this building for a long time. The walls definitely show the age of the place. Being in Nehru Gunj, we are right in the middle of all the trade and movement that happens every day. Our floors are usually covered with a bit of dust from the bags we move around. There is always the smell of spices or grain in the air. It’s a busy environment. People are always shouting out orders or loading up carts outside. We don't really have a fancy office. It is just a small space with some old chairs and a desk where we do our bookkeeping. The fans hum overhead all day long. They try to keep the heat away. We deal with a lot of different people. Farmers and small shop owners come in to pick up their supplies. It is not the kind of place where you come to browse. It’s more for getting business done. The road outside is often blocked by trucks. Getting in and out can be a bit of a challenge if you aren't used to it. We just focus on keeping our stock levels right. We try to treat everyone who walks in fairly. It’s a simple operation. It is run by people who have spent most of their lives working in this market.
