G-HOUSE REALTY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over at G-HOUSE REALTY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Shaning Residency. It’s Flat No 2. The building is in Basava Colony, specifically on the 2nd Cross in Azam Nagar. It’s a pretty standard street, nothing too wild. We’ve got our desks set up in the front room. The 2nd Cross isn't too wide, so parking can be a bit of a headache if you don’t know where to tuck your bike. We’ve been around this part of the neighborhood long enough to know everyone’s face. It’s a local operation. We don’t have a big reception desk or a bunch of people in suits. Usually, it’s just the sound of the ceiling fan and someone on the phone. We handle property things for people around here. It’s practical work. Sometimes the neighbors come by if they have a question about a plot or a rental. We try to keep it simple. The building itself is easy to spot once you get onto the cross road. We’ve had a few rainy days lately where the water pools a bit near the gate, but we manage. Being in a residential colony makes the work feel more personal. We aren’t hidden away in some high-rise. We are right here on the ground floor, basically. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for the occasional delivery truck making a racket on the street. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs.
