You’ll find us at Shop No-01 in the Shaheen Complex. It’s right there at Wadlur Cross in Chicksugur. We’ve been operating as Dr. Zainul Pharmaceuticals for a while now. The shop is small, but we’ve organized it to make the most of the space. Being at the cross means there’s always something going on outside. We see the buses stopping and people heading to work every morning. It’s a very local feel, and we like being part of the daily life in Chicksugur. We aren't a big, fancy pharmaceutical firm. We’re more of a hands-on operation. We handle the products and manage the orders that come in. The office area in the back is where we keep our records. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock, but we manage. We don't have a lot of employees, just a few of us who have been here from the start. We usually keep the front door open to let some air in. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but we have a couple of fans that keep us cool enough. We don't spend money on advertising or big signs. People in the area know where we are if they need us. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business.
