Our place, Jai Ambey Containers, is located right on Nahan Road in the Main Thappal area. If you’re driving through, you can’t really miss the site because of all the containers we have around. We’ve been here for a good while, and the road has changed quite a bit over the years. We mostly deal with making or fixing containers for various uses. It’s a dusty job sometimes, and there is always the sound of metal moving or tools being used. We aren't a big corporate office with suits; it’s mostly just folks in work clothes getting their hands dirty. The yard can get a bit cluttered when a big order comes in, but we know where everything is. Thappal is a decent place to be based. It’s easy for the big trucks to get in and out, which is the main thing for us. We started small and just kept at it, year after year. Some days are long, especially when the weather isn't great, but we get the work done. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist greeting people. Usually, someone will just poke their head out of the shed if they hear a car pull up. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We just keep building and moving containers for whoever needs them. There isn't much more to it than that, just honest daily work on the road.
