Yati Foods

Yati Foods is located right near Bhanugudi Junction. If you know the Police Quarters in Kakinada, you know exactly where we are. It’s a loud, lively part of town. We spend most of our time in the back getting things ready. It gets pretty hot in the kitchen during the afternoons. We started this because we wanted to do something local. We aren't a big chain or anything. It's just us and a few helpers. Most days are a bit of a rush, especially when the traffic at the junction gets heavy. We have a small space at 45-89 and it fills up fast. Sometimes the orders get a bit backed up but we work through them. We use what we can find at the local markets. You won't find any glossy posters here. We just write the specials on a board and hope for the best. People from the quarters often stop by on their way home. It’s nice to have those regulars. We’ve had some long days where things didn’t go perfect, like when the power goes out or a delivery is late. But we just keep at it. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We like being part of the Kakinada community. If you're passing the junction, you'll see our sign hanging out front. We’ve been here for a bit and plan to stay for a lot longer.
