Our place is located in Pratap Nagar, right near Shrushti Computers at H.No.64-1522. If you know the area, you know it can get a bit crowded with the narrow streets and all the deliveries coming in. We started Vijaya Sri Building Materials Suppliers because we saw a lot of houses going up around here and nowhere close to get the basics. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers and trying to figure out where to park the sand trucks without blocking the neighbors. It’s a lot of manual work, moving bags of cement and making sure the bricks don’t crack too much when they get dropped off. We aren't a massive corporation with a bunch of suits; it’s just us in our work clothes trying to keep the inventory straight. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit mixed up when it’s busy, but we eventually find what we’re looking for. The sun gets pretty hot out in the yard during the afternoons, so we usually take a break around then. We’ve been part of this community for a bit now, and we recognize most of the contractors who come through the gate. It’s a straightforward business where we just supply what people need to build their walls and floors. We don't do much advertising, mostly just people seeing our sign or hearing about us from someone down the road.
