You can find us at Dr.No.5-12/5 on Railway Station Road. We are right by Post Office-A in Annavaram. This is in the East Godavari district, so it gets quite warm and humid most of the year. Being near the railway station means there is always a lot of noise from the trains and people coming and going from the platform. Our office is a simple place for our work. We handle real estate services for people in the local area around the station. Most of our day is spent dealing with small plots or old houses in the village and the surrounding spots. Since we are near the post office, it’s easy for people to find us when they come to town. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that. It’s just us working out of this room with the files stacked up on the shelves. We know the land records around Annavaram pretty well. People come in with their old documents and we try to help them figure things out without making it too hard. Sometimes we are out in the sun looking at fields, and other times we are just sitting here waiting for the next train to pass so we can hear each other talk. It is a basic operation. We don’t have a website or anything fancy, just the sign outside and the address. It’s been our spot for a good while. We like being in this part of East Godavari. The community here is very close-knit.
