Sunija Constructions Llp is based out of Sudha Colony in Peddapuram, specifically at House No: 19-1-395/4 in Block No 1. It’s a quiet enough area in East Godavari. We’ve been operating from this location for some time now, focusing on construction work around the local region. It’s a family-style environment here, nothing too stiff or formal. We get up early, head out to the sites, and see what needs to be fixed or built that day. The office is really just a base of operations for the crew. We deal with concrete, bricks, and all the usual stuff you’d expect from builders. Peddapuram is our home base, and we know the streets and the people here pretty well. It’s a lot of hard work, and your hands usually end up dirty by noon, but that’s the trade we chose. We don’t have any big speeches or marketing plans. We just take on the jobs that come in and try to finish them without too many problems. Sometimes the rain slows us down, especially during the monsoon season, but we pick back up as soon as it clears. Dealing with the revenue ward paperwork can be a bit of a slog, but we stay on top of it. It’s just a normal business trying to do honest work in the local community. We take it one day at a time and try to keep our clients happy with the progress.
