Stores Incharge

My name is Rajesh Kumar and I run the stores in Rajahmundry. I live and work out of Ramakrishna Nagar, right at D.No: 3-538/1. My father, Lakshamana Murthy, is well known around here. This isn’t a big corporate setup; it’s more of a personal operation. I handle the day-to-day stock for our business. Being in Andhra Pradesh, the heat is no joke, especially when you are moving boxes around in a room with only one window. I spend a lot of my time writing things down in my register. Everything has to be accounted for, from the smallest screw to the bigger equipment we keep. Sometimes neighbors stop by for a chat while I’m working. It’s a local life. I’ve been doing this for a while and I know most of the delivery drivers by name. They know exactly where to find me. The inventory can be a bit of a mess if I don’t stay on top of it every single hour. I’m not using any high-tech systems, just my eyes and a pen. Sometimes I make a mistake and have to recount everything, which is frustrating when it’s hot outside. But I like the work. It keeps me busy and I am right here in my own neighborhood. It is not a fancy career, but it’s mine. I make sure people get what they need when they need it. The family name matters to me, so I do it right.
