Our office is located at 113/9 S2 in the Swarnkunj Apartment building. It’s in Swaroop Nagar, which is one of those busy parts of Kanpur. Being in an apartment complex makes the work feel a bit different than being in a big office block. It’s more personal, I suppose. Spgl has been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. The pincode is 208 002, and we’re pretty well established in the area. The building itself is just a regular residential-cum-commercial space. We have our desks set up in one of the rooms, and it’s where we spend most of our daylight hours. Kanpur can be a pretty intense city, with all the noise and the dust, but inside the apartment, it’s relatively calm. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights out front. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking for the Swarnkunj name. It’s a small operation, and we like keeping things simple. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a few of us working together to get things done. We usually have lunch together and talk about whatever is happening in the city. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We’re just here in Swaroop Nagar, doing what we do best every single day without any unnecessary fuss. The apartment might be a bit small for some, but for us, it’s exactly what we need to get through the work.
