Our Karimnagar setup is over in Kashmirgadda, at Mohammad Abdul Wasay’s place. It’s a local house that we’ve used as our office for a while now. The address is 9-4-146, and it’s right in the heart of the community. It doesn't feel like a corporate headquarters at all, which is actually how we like it. The rooms are spacious enough for our desks and the big printers we need for the site plans. We have a small courtyard area where we park our scooters and sometimes sit if the weather is decent. Most of the staff are local guys, so the conversation is usually a mix of work talk and stuff about the town. We don’t have a uniform or any fancy protocols. If you show up, someone will probably offer you a seat and a glass of water while they find the person you’re looking for. The walls are painted a plain off-white, and there are wires running along the ceiling for the computers. It’s a bit unorganized at times, especially when a big project is starting, but we know where everything is. Karimnagar can get incredibly hot, so the ceiling fans are always on the highest setting. It’s a simple, honest workplace where we focus on the construction side of things without any unnecessary fluff or corporate layers. We just work hard and get home.
