Seahorse Academy Of Merchant Navy

We are located on Sambamurthy Street in the Ramarao Pet area. Seahorse Academy is a place where we help young people get ready for life out at sea. It’s not a fancy campus with grass and big halls. We have some classrooms, some equipment, and a lot of books about ships and navigation. Most of us here have spent time on the water ourselves, so we know what it’s actually like. We spend our days teaching the basics, from knots to safety rules. It can be a bit loud when we have a full group, but it’s good energy. The building is an older one, but it does the job. We don’t use a lot of big talk or promises. We just tell the students the truth about the Merchant Navy and what they need to learn to get through. It’s hard work for them and for us. Ramarao Pet is a busy part of town, and we’re right in the middle of it. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon is a bit much, but we keep the fans going. We aren’t a huge institution, just a local academy trying to give people a start. If you walk past on Sambamurthy Street, you’ll probably hear us going over procedures or see students taking a break outside. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we do. We just keep our heads down and teach.
