Our place is located at D.No.2/227, which is a fairly quiet area most of the time. We started Samsiddha Infra Projects because we wanted to do things our own way in the construction world. It’s an LLP, so it’s just a few of us making the decisions and handling the day-to-day work. We don't have a massive crew or a glass-fronted office, just a solid desk and some chairs where we can plan out our next steps. Mostly, we deal with infrastructure projects, which means a lot of time spent looking at maps and talking to contractors. It’s dusty work sometimes, and we spend as much time out on the roads or building sites as we do in the office. We aren't really into big speeches about what we do; we just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything is built right. Some days are long, especially when there are delays with supplies or weather issues, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We’ve had to learn a lot of lessons the hard way, but we’re still here and still working hard at it. It’s a practical business, and we treat it that way. We don't try to overcomplicate things with big words or fancy presentations. If the work is good, people notice, and that's really what matters to us at the end of the day. Our door is usually open if someone needs to talk about a project.
