Our place is Q Matrix Exim, and we are over at Sarpavaram Junction in Ramanayyapeta Village. We are in the Srinidhi Meenakshi Apartments, specifically Flat No. 401. It’s a good location because the junction is a major point for travel and transport around here. Working out of an apartment keeps things feeling a bit more personal and less like a cold office building. We have a view of the street from the fourth floor, so we can see the traffic and the daily life of the village while we work. Most of our work involves coordinating between different parties for imports and exports. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We have our computers and some filing cabinets, and that’s about it for the setup. It’s simple but it works for us. Ramanayyapeta is a growing area, and being right at 70-1-4A makes it easy for people to find us. We don't spend money on big advertisements. We just do the work and let the results speak for themselves. Every morning we check the schedules and see what needs to be moved. There’s usually a lot of paperwork to go through, but we’ve got a routine down now. It’s just us, working away in the apartment, making sure the trade side of the business runs as smoothly as it can for everyone involved.
