Being in an industrial area means things are always moving and changing. There are trucks coming and going, sounds of machinery from nearby sheds, and people busy with their hands. Pr Growth Marketing Private Limited has a space here that is very functional and basic. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a lot of decorations or fancy carpets. We have our workspace set up to be as efficient as possible for our daily needs. The floors are concrete and easy to clean, and the walls are just painted plain. We spend our days here dealing with our schedules and the work we have to finish. It can get quite hot in Kakinada, especially in the long afternoons, so we keep the doors shut to stay a bit cooler inside. There’s a sense of real work happening all around us in the other industrial plots. We like that atmosphere because it keeps us focused on the task at hand. We aren't in some high-rise building with a view of the ocean or a park; we’re right here where the actual business happens. Lunch usually happens at our desks or at a small eatery just outside the main gate. It’s a simple life and we prefer it that way. We just keep doing what we do, day after day, in this industrial patch.
