Our office is in Ashoka Castle, which is on Ravi College Lane in Gandhinagar. Being near a college means there are always students around and a lot of energy on the street. We are in Flat B3, so it’s more like a home that we turned into a workspace. It’s a quiet lane for the most part, which is good when we’re trying to focus on the stock markets. Kakinada is a nice place to work, not too hectic like the bigger cities in Andhra. We spend our days handling trades and making sure the paperwork is in order. The office has a few rooms and a main area where we keep the screens. We get our lunch from the local mess nearby, and it’s usually pretty good. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes everyone a bit sleepy, but the market keeps us awake. We have people from all over Gandhinagar coming in. Some are retired and just want to see how their shares are doing. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, not like a high-pressure trading floor. We talk to our clients like neighbors because many of them are. It’s a simple setup in a decent building. We’ve grown attached to this little corner of Kakinada over the years we've been operating here. There’s a nice breeze from the window sometimes when it isn't too hot, and we usually finish up and head home once the market shuts.
