Our office is located at Quarter No B 169 in the SAIL Satellite Township over in Dhurwa, Ranchi. It is a bit of a different setup since we are based right in the township area. It makes things convenient for those of us who live nearby. The ECCD division handles quite a bit of work from this location. It is a quiet residential-feeling area, so it is not like being in a noisy industrial park. We have our desks set up in the quarters and use the space for planning and managing the local projects. The township has its own rhythm, and we are just a part of it. Sometimes neighbors stop by, or we see the same people every morning on the way in. It is a very grounded way to work. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a reception desk. You just walk in and see the team working on their laptops or talking on the phone. The walls have some maps and charts pinned up to track our progress. It is a functional space that works for the small team we have here in Ranchi. We handle the local logistics and keep the site supervisors updated. It gets a bit cold here in the winters, but we just keep at it. It is a simple, no-nonsense environment where the focus is just on the construction tasks we have been assigned.
