Jayalakshmi Engineering Works

We operate out of Rajahmundry, right here in Andhra Pradesh. Jayalakshmi Engineering Works is a local shop, and most of the people who come to us are from right around here. The workshop is pretty basic, with high ceilings and plenty of space for the heavy gear we use. It gets quite hot in this part of the country, especially in the middle of the day, so we usually have the big doors wide open to catch any breeze. We do a lot of metal fabrication and fixing up old parts for machinery. It's the kind of place where you can hear hammers hitting steel from down the block. We aren't a corporate giant; it’s just a handful of us who know how to work with our hands. We’ve been doing this in Rajahmundry for quite a few years now. Sometimes customers come in just to chat for a bit before they tell us what they need fixed. We like that. It’s a friendly way to do business. Our floor is always covered in metal shavings, and there’s always a pot of tea being shared. We don't have a website or any fancy advertisements. Word of mouth has always been enough for us. If someone has a problem with a piece of equipment, they know where to find us. We just do the work, get it done, and move on to the next thing.
