My name is Dhanaraj and I work as an agent for India Infoline Insurance Services Limited here in Kakinada. The office is at Door Number 9-2-10 in Elwin Peta. It is a decent area in Andhra Pradesh, quite busy during the daylight hours. I have been working in the insurance business for a long time now. Most people come to me because they know my family or we live nearby in the same neighborhood. It is a straightforward business without many surprises. I sit at my desk, go through the forms, and try to help people figure out what they need for their families and their future. Kakinada gets pretty hot in the summer, so I usually have the ceiling fan going at full speed. The office is not very large, just enough room for the essentials like my desk and some storage. People stop by to drop off documents or just to ask a quick question about their plans. I do not use a lot of fancy words when I talk. I just tell them how it is. Sometimes I have to travel a bit to meet people who cannot make it to Elwin Peta. The traffic can be a bit of a mess in the evenings when everyone is heading home. I started this because I like helping folks get their stuff sorted out properly. It is not glamorous work, but it is a living. I keep the files organized as best as I can.
