Food Tech

Food Tech is located at No. 14-9 in the Nalagonda area of Rajahmundry. Being in the East Godavari district, we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. Our work involves a lot of technical stuff related to food processing, but the day-to-day reality is mostly just keeping the machines clean and the temperature right. It’s a noisy place to work. The sound of the equipment running is something you just get used to after a week or two. We don’t have any fancy office space with glass walls. Our office is just a corner of the main floor with a simple table and a few chairs. Rajahmundry gets incredibly humid, and when you are working around food machinery, you definitely feel the heat. We spend a lot of time on our feet. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing a pump or a belt. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do. We don't have any slogans or missions written on the walls. We just focus on getting the product out of the door. The neighborhood around Nalagonda is full of other small businesses like ours, so there is a lot of back and forth between us. We’ve been at this for several years now and the routine is pretty much the same every day.
