Devi Enterprises

Devi Enterprises is a small operation located at 5/21 in Mamidada. It’s not a very large town, so most people already know where we are without needing a map. We’ve been working out of this same building for a long time now. It’s mostly just a couple of rooms filled up with supplies and a small desk where we keep our paperwork. The air can get a bit still inside during the afternoon, so we usually leave the front door wide open to let some air in. You can often hear the sound of goats or motorbikes passing by on the street outside. We don’t have any fancy signs or big displays to show off what we have. It’s just us and the inventory we keep on the shelves. Most of our customers are local people who need something for their farms or their homes. We spend a lot of our time moving boxes around just to make enough room to walk. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes because the space is so tight. We don’t use a computer system or anything like that. We just use some old notebooks and a pen to keep track of things. It works well enough for what we need to do. If someone needs something, they just walk in and ask us. We don’t have a website or any of that stuff. We just focus on the work every day. It’s a quiet existence, and we like it that way.
