Our office is located at 4-55 in the Sarpavaram area, which is part of the Kakinada Rural Mandal in East Godavari. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city, but it works well for us. We do a lot of technical work here involving data and engineering drawings. Most of the staff are from the local area and they commute in every morning. We have a lot of computers set up and the room is usually filled with the sound of typing. It’s a professional space but we keep things pretty casual among ourselves. We don’t really have many visitors, as most of our work is done digitally. The area around Sarpavaram is fairly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on complex tasks. We spend most of the day looking at maps or technical files on our screens. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of living in East Godavari, but we have backups to keep the work going. We aren't a big flashy company with a huge sign out front. We just focus on getting our daily targets met and making sure the data is entered correctly. It’s steady work that requires a lot of patience. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about things other than work. It’s a good group of people who just want to do their jobs well and go home to their families in the evening.
