Axxon Material Science

Our place, Axxon Material Science, is located at the DP block in the Tansidco Industrial Estate. This area is full of warehouses and small factories, so there’s always the sound of machinery and trucks in the background. We spend our days dealing with various materials and testing things out. The building we are in is a basic industrial unit with high ceilings and concrete floors. It’s not exactly pretty, but it’s functional for the kind of work we do. We have bags and containers of different substances lined up against the walls. A lot of our time is spent measuring things or checking the quality of what comes in. The estate can get quite dusty, especially when the wind picks up, so we are always cleaning off our equipment. We don’t get many visitors who aren't delivery drivers or other workers from nearby units. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the technical details of the material science we handle. It’s a lot of repetition, but we have a system that works for us. The lunch break is usually the only time it gets quiet around here. We’ve been at this spot in Tansidco for a while now and have a good feel for the local routine. It’s a practical, no-frills environment where the work is the main thing. We just show up and get through the tasks one by one without making a fuss.
