Yug Decor Pvt.Ltd. is based right out of Arora Plywood in Kaithal, Haryana. It’s a practical location for us since we deal with decor and materials. Being in Kaithal, we’re part of a community where people know each other, and we like it that way. Our office isn't some separate, fancy suite. It’s right there with the plywood and the supplies. Most of our day is spent talking to customers who come in looking for things for their homes or projects. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just show people what we have and tell them how much it costs. The smell of wood and the sound of trucks loading up is just part of our daily life. Haryana can get quite dusty, so there’s always a bit of cleaning to do, but we don’t mind. We’ve been part of the local business scene for a while and have seen many families come and go. It’s a steady kind of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to provide what people need and make sure the business stays afloat. We have a small staff, and most of us have been working together for a long time. It’s a bit of a cramped space sometimes with all the samples and boards, but it works for what we need.
