You can find us at Plot No.32 in Ladwa, right on the Main Market Road. We are very close to the Gurudwara, so it is a very easy landmark for everyone. The market is always buzzing with people buying vegetables and clothes. We fit right in there with our little shop. We spend most of our time serving people who are taking a break from their shopping. It gets quite dusty with all the people and cars passing by on the main road outside. We keep a rag handy to wipe down the counters every few minutes. It is a family-run kind of place, so you will usually see one of us behind the counter from morning until late evening. We don't have any big marketing plans; we just rely on people seeing the sign when they walk past. The freezer makes a loud click when it kicks on, which is something we are just used to hearing now. We have some benches outside for people to sit for a minute and rest. The holidays are the busiest times for us, especially when there are celebrations at the Gurudwara. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is a good community and we like being part of the daily life in Ladwa. There isn't much more to it than that. Most days it is just about making sure the flavors are available and the fridge is working well for us.
