This location is out in Fatehpur, which is a village in the Kaithal district of Haryana. It’s a very different vibe from the city offices. We are at the place of Yash Walia, whose family is well known around here. The office is a simple, sturdy building that fits right in with the rest of the village. You won't find any glass walls or fancy elevators here. Instead, you see the local fields and hear the sounds of everyday village life. We don't have a formal reception area. If someone comes by, they usually just walk in and talk to whoever is free. Most of us are locals, so we don't have to worry about a long commute. We just get here, start the computers, and get on with the day’s work for Punjlloyd Ltd. It is a practical environment where the focus is on finishing the tasks. We don’t use big words or have complicated rules. We just work hard and look out for each other. The summer can be incredibly hot, so we usually have a jug of cold water ready for anyone who stops by. We offer tea to visitors because that’s just the way things are done in our part of Haryana. It’s a humble office, but we take our work seriously and try to stay organized despite the simple surroundings. It’s a real, local place for real work.
