Jai Maha Laxmi Enterprises is located at Nai Anaaj Mandi Pundri. The Mandi is the heart of the town, and we’ve been here for a long time. Our shop is just one of many in the row. It is a very practical place. We don't have any decorations or fancy furniture. It is mostly just wooden benches and stacks of bags. The name Jai Maha Laxmi Enterprises is a traditional one for a business like ours. We spend our mornings watching the arrivals and our afternoons settling the accounts. It is hard work and it can be very dusty. Pundri is a small place, so we know our customers by name. We don't have a website or a marketing person. We just rely on being here and doing the work every day. Sometimes the Mandi is so full of tractors that you can't even see the road. We just work around it. It’s not a polished life, but it is a real one. We aren't interested in corporate jargon. We just talk in plain English and keep things simple. If there is grain to be moved or sold, we are involved in that process. We just take things as they come. The seasons change and the Mandi changes with them, but we stay right here at our spot in the Nai Anaaj Mandi.
