Organic Bites Foods & Breweries Llp is basically run by Jitender Singh, who is Mehar Singh’s son. We are located in Village Kalayat. It’s a different vibe than being in a big city office. Things move a bit slower here but the work is just as hard. We spend a lot of time outdoors or in the storage areas checking on the batches. Since we deal with foods and breweries, there’s always something fermenting or being prepped. Village Kalayat is where we belong and it’s where we get most of our inspiration. We aren't trying to be a massive factory. We like the fact that we know exactly where everything comes from. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when we’re waiting on a harvest, but we just adapt. There isn't a lot of polish to what we do. It’s about the soil and the ingredients and getting the timing right. Jitender is usually around if anyone needs to talk about an order or a delivery. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just rely on people liking what we make and telling their friends about us. It’s a simple life in the village, and we’re happy to keep it that way while we grow the business at our own pace. We just make what we like and hope others like it too.
