It is a noisy spot because of all the traffic going by on Karnal Road, but it is convenient for the farmers to drop in. We have a simple setup inside with some basic furniture and a few desks for the paperwork. There is no big corporate office vibe here. Most of the time we are just talking about the vegetable crops and how the current season is looking. My cousin and I run the day-to-day things, mostly checking the vegetables that come in from the fields. We don't have fancy systems, just some notebooks and a regular computer. Sometimes the farmers stay for a cup of tea and we just talk about the weather or the local news. It can get a bit crowded when everyone shows up at once, but we manage. The building itself is nothing special, but it has enough room for us to sort things out. We focus on getting the organic stuff moved to where it needs to go. It is a lot of work but we have been at it for a while now and we know the routine.
