Our office is located right in the village of Dubbal, which is part of the Kalayat Tehsil in Kaithal. It’s a typical Haryana setting, surrounded by fields and a lot of open space. We work on infrastructure projects, which means we are usually busy with a lot of heavy equipment and site plans. The office here at Jaycon is where the planning happens. It’s not a shiny corporate building; it’s more of a practical hub for our workers and the local folks who come by. We’ve been operating out of this V.P.O. for quite some time. The roads out here can get a bit muddy during the monsoon, but we still manage to get things done. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or air conditioning in every corner. We just have what we need to keep the projects moving. Most of the people working here are from around the district. We know the local land and how things work in this part of Haryana. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when the sun is beating down on the sites. We handle the logistics and the supplies from this spot. It’s simple, honest work. We aren't big on talking ourselves up. We just focus on the next task at hand and try to make sure everything is built the way it’s supposed to be. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish the accounts or wait for a delivery truck to show up at the village gate long after the sun goes down.
