Heritage Biotech is situated on Hind Cinema Road, right near the Manat Hotel. It is a busy part of the neighborhood and there is always something going on outside our doors. Our office is not very big, but it is enough for the work we do. We deal with biotech products, which means we spend a lot of time looking at samples and keeping track of data in our logs. The building is an older one and it has its own character. We do not have modern glass walls or expensive office chairs. We just use what works. The team here is small and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it is answering the phone or moving some stock around. It can get pretty noisy with the traffic from the main road, but we have gotten used to the sound over the years. We do not have a dedicated sales team or anyone to write fancy brochures. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for a long time. We just try to stay focused on our daily tasks and make sure we do not make mistakes with the orders. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a project, but that is just how it goes. We are just a regular group of people working hard near the hotel.
