Gurunanak Security Services

We are located right across from the HDFC Bank on Kethal Road in Chika. If you know the area, you know it's a pretty active stretch of road with a lot of people coming and going from the bank all day long. Gurunanak Security Services has been here for a bit now. We spend a lot of our time organizing schedules and talking to the guys who work with us. It's not a desk job where you just sit around. There is always someone coming in to ask about a shift or checking on something. The office is simple, just some chairs and a desk where we keep the logs. Chika is a place where everyone kind of knows each other, so we end up chatting with the neighbors a lot. Kethal Road gets busy during the afternoon, and the noise from the traffic usually fills the room. We don't have a big fancy sign, just enough so people can find us. It's mostly about keeping things organized and making sure everyone is where they need to be. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit by the door to catch a breeze. It’s practical work. We don't do much in the way of big speeches. We just show up, do the planning, and make sure the day goes as expected. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking times. The tea man comes by at four in the afternoon.
