Being in Sector 41A is convenient for us to stay connected with the farming regions around. We take care of moving and storing crops, which is very important work. The office is a practical space where we focus on the job at hand. We don't have any flashy decorations or a fancy corporate vibe. Our team includes people who have been around agriculture for their whole lives. During harvest time, the office becomes a very busy place with a lot of coordination needed. The rest of the year is more about planning and maintenance. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just focus on silos, trucks, and keeping things on schedule. It’s a steady kind of work. We try to be reliable because farmers and consumers are counting on us. Our staff is mostly local and they know the Punjab and Haryana region like the back of their hands. We just sit here in Chandigarh and do our part to keep the food supply moving. It’s honest, straightforward work that we’ve been doing for years. There's always coffee in the breakroom and someone talking about crop prices.
