Thakural Construction (Opc) Private Limited

We’re based out in Mohania, right on Bhabhua Road. You can find us near the Mohania Bihar Hotel in Ward 16. It’s a busy spot with lots of people passing through on the road. We operate out of Lal Bahadur Gupta’s place. Being an OPC means it’s a bit more of a personal operation, and we like it that way. We don't have a huge staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day we might be dealing with the accounts, and the next we’re out at a site checking on the progress of a wall being built. It’s practical work and it keeps us occupied. We don't use much fancy language to describe what we do. We just build things. The office is usually full of maps, site plans, and maybe some empty tea cups. It’s where we do all the thinking and planning before we head out to the actual job sites. Mohania is a good place to be, and being near the hotel means it’s easy for people to stop by if they need to talk to us. We deal with the usual ups and downs of the construction world, like prices changing or weather causing a bit of a delay. We just take it as it comes and try to keep things moving forward. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we know how to do, and we’ve been doing it for a while now in this part of Bihar.
