LAKSDRAN HOTEL AND FAMILY RESTAURANT PRIVATE LIMITED

We are out on NH-19, which most people still call the GT Road. The place is in Khajura, near Karmnasa and Durgawati. It is a long way from the big cities. We have a hotel and a family restaurant. Most of our days are spent in the kitchen or checking the guest rooms. Being on the highway means we see a lot of travelers. Families stop by to eat while they are driving across the state. The restaurant gets busy during lunch and dinner. We cook simple food that people like. The hotel side is for those who are too tired to keep driving. It is a bit windy out here and the road is always busy with big lorries. We have to manage everything ourselves. Sometimes the supplies don't arrive on time because of traffic on the GT Road. We just make do with what we have. The building is right there on the side of the road, you can't miss it. It is a practical business. We don't have any fancy decorations. We just provide a spot to sit and a bed to sleep on. The staff is just local people from around Durgawati. We know the area well. It is a lot of work running a place on the highway, but we stay busy. We have a lot of regulars who drive this route often. They know us and we know them. It's a simple life.
