Bailee India Nidhi Limited is situated in Durgawati. Our office is at House Number 92 in the Karmnasha area. Kaimur is a beautiful part of Bihar. We are tucked away in a residential street. It’s very quiet compared to the main road. The house is old but sturdy. We converted the front room into our workspace. You can usually find a few of us sitting around the big wooden table. That’s where all the decisions and calculations happen. We don't have a sign that lights up at night. Just a small board near the gate. People from the nearby villages walk over to see us. We spend a lot of time explaining things over a cup of tea. It’s a very personal way of doing business. We know who is getting married or who needs money for a new tractor. The river isn't too far away, and sometimes you can feel a breeze. We don't have fancy air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that wobbles a bit. We keep our files in neat stacks on the shelves. It’s not the most modern office in the world, but it works for us. We handle the paperwork for people who don't like big banks. It’s a small community and we are just happy to be a part of it. We keep things honest and straightforward every single day. There’s no point in being complicated when life is already hard enough.
