Our office for Aviranjan Infra is in Bhabua, Ward Number 2, in the Azad Nagar area. It’s at Meena Devi’s place. Bhabua is a quiet town, and we like it that way. We do a lot of infrastructure work around Kaimur. It’s mostly roads and smaller public works. We aren't a big city company. We are just local folks who know how to handle a shovel and a mixer. My family has been in this area for a long time. We started this company to handle the local jobs that bigger firms from Patna don't want to travel for. It’s hard to find good workers sometimes, but we have a loyal crew that stays with us. The sun gets really hot out here in the fields. We spend most of our time traveling between different sites. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up because we'd rather be outside working than sitting at a desk. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We build stuff out of concrete and steel. If a road needs fixing or a small building needs to go up, we are the ones who do it. It’s simple work, but it’s important for the people living here. We just try to keep our heads down and get the job finished. There is no need for anything more than that in this line of work.
