Yadavendra Construction India Privatelimited is based right in Ward No 1 in Bhabhua. We are part of the Kaimur district, and it is a pretty straightforward operation we have here. We don’t have much in the way of a big staff, just the people who actually know how to get things built. Living and working in Bhabhua means you know everyone and everyone knows you. We have been taking on jobs around the ward and further out into the district when needed. The weather in Kaimur can be tough, but we just work around it. Whether it is a small wall or a bigger structure, we just take it one day at a time. Some of the equipment is old, but it works fine for what we need. We spend a lot of time checking on materials and making sure the sand and stones are good. It’s a lot of physical labor and being out in the sun. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, just a solid one for this area. People come to Ward No 1 to find us when they have a project in mind. We usually just sit down and talk it over without any complicated contracts. It is more about a handshake and getting started. We are just locals who understand how things work in this part of the state. We do our work and go home.
