Pkp Real Estate Private Limited is operated from Vill-Dihi, which is over in the Chenari block. My father, Shyam Sundar Pandey, is well known in the community, and we run the business from our family location. We focus on real estate, mostly dealing with land and small properties in the Tola-Dihi and Dewdihi areas. It is a very local setup. We don't have a high-rise office or any of that fancy stuff. We usually just meet people right where the land is, or they come by the house to talk about the paperwork. Dealing with property in this part of the block means you have to be ready to walk through a lot of fields and talk to many different families. There is always a lot of back and forth with the local panchayat and the block office, which keeps me busy most days. We aren't trying to be some giant company with hundreds of employees. We just want to help people buy or sell what they have without it being a huge headache. Sometimes the boundaries are confusing or there’s a bit of a disagreement about a path, so we spend our time sorting those things out. It’s mostly just me and a few helpers. We know this village inside and out. If you are looking for a plot around Chenari, we have probably walked on it ourselves. We keep things simple and try to be honest about what’s possible.
