Matana Engineering And Construction India Private Limited operates out of Kochas, over in the Gandhi Nagar area at K-724. It’s a small operation mostly focused on the engineering side of building things. Around here, everyone knows everyone, so we try to keep things straightforward. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us looking over drawings and making sure the math adds up before any dirt gets moved. Construction in Gandhi Nagar has its own set of challenges, especially with the narrow roads and getting heavy machinery in and out. We spend a lot of time on site making sure the concrete is mixed right and the steel is where it should be. It’s dusty work and can be pretty tiring during the summer months when the sun is really hitting. We don't really do the fancy speeches. We just show up, look at the plans, and try to get the job done without too many mistakes. Sometimes parts are hard to get or the weather turns bad, which slows everything down. That's just part of the reality of working in Kochas. We’ve been at this address for a while now and most people know where to find us if they have a question about a project.
