Phani Travels

We started Phani Travels out of our spot at 3-3-345 in Sagar Colony because people here in Kagaznagar needed a simple way to get around without a lot of fuss. It is not a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we keep our keys and keep track of who needs a car for the day. Most mornings start pretty early when the sun is barely up and the drivers are checking the tires and making sure there is enough petrol for the trip. We handle a lot of local trips but sometimes people want to go further out for a wedding or a family visit in another town. The roads around here can be a bit rough sometimes so we spend a lot of time making sure the vehicles are actually holding up. It gets pretty loud in the office when two or three phones start ringing at the same time and everyone is asking about schedules. We do not have a big team of people in suits. It is just a few of us who know the routes well and try to make sure nobody is left waiting on a street corner for too long. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when a driver gets stuck in traffic or a car needs a quick repair, but we usually figure it out. Being right here in the colony means we see our neighbors every day and they know where to find us. It’s a simple business but it keeps us busy.
