Sri Veerabhadreswara Granites & Tiles

In Kallapura Village, specifically at 789 in Kadur Taluk, we have our granite and tile business. It’s a rural area, so things move a bit slower than in the big cities. We have a good amount of space for our slabs and boxes. The yard is full of different types of granite, and we keep the tiles stored under a roof to keep them out of the rain. Moving the stone is the hardest part of the job. We use a lot of muscle and some old machinery to get the job done. The dust is a constant companion out here. You can’t avoid it when you’re dealing with stone all day. We’ve been working out of this village for years now. Most of our neighbors know us by name. We don't spend money on fancy flyers or ads. We just keep our doors open and let the word get around. Sometimes people come from the next town over because they heard we have a good selection of stone. We spend our days measuring slabs and helping people load their trailers. It’s physical work and it leaves you tired by the evening. The stone stays cool even when it’s hot outside, which is nice when you have to touch it all day. We just keep things running as best as we can, making sure the stacks are safe and the yard is ready for the next day's work.
