About Sai Brick Industry – Building & Construction Material in Kadur
We’ve been at 72, Karare Bali Road for quite some time. It’s a simple setup. We have the area where we mix the earth and the spots where the bricks sit out to dry. It’s a lot of waiting on the weather. If it’s too damp, nothing moves. We just sit around and talk until the sun comes back out. Karare Bali Road isn't the busiest street, but we get enough people stopping by. Most of the work is done by hand, from the molding to the stacking. It makes for long days and tired muscles. We don't really have any big titles here; everyone just pitches in where they are needed. One day I might be loading a truck, and the next I’m cleaning out the mixing pit. The yard is usually covered in a fine layer of red or brown dust. You can’t avoid it if you work here. We try to keep things tidy, but it’s a brick yard, so there’s always going to be some rubble lying around. We don't have a website or any of that stuff. If people need us, they just drive down the road and look for number 72. It’s been working fine for us so far. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to get the bricks out on time. It’s a slow and steady kind of life on Karare Bali Road and we don't mind it.
