Alkesh Jain & Co is located in the Kadodara area at the Sai Industrial Estate. Our specific spot is number 225, and we are on the second floor of the Rajhans Point building in Landewadi. It is an industrial part of Surat, so there are always trucks and workers moving about. Being on the second floor means we are a bit removed from the noise of the street level. The office is a basic one. We have our equipment and a place for visitors to sit. We’ve spent a lot of time here, and we’ve seen the industrial estate change quite a bit over the years. It’s a functional space designed for work, not for showing off. We deal with many different people from the surrounding businesses. The Rajhans Point building is easy to spot once you get into the Landewadi section of the estate. We don't use much in the way of fancy language or big presentations. We just sit down and discuss what needs to be done. It’s an honest way of working. Most of our day is spent at our desks or talking on the phone. We stay until the work for the day is finished. Sometimes that means staying late, but that’s just part of the job. If you’re coming to see us, just head up the stairs or use the lift to the second floor. We are usually around during regular business hours.
